Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Our goal is to process and withdraw your funds as quickly as possible. In doing so, we will take into account any restrictions that may apply before the withdrawal of funds, and will also comply with the requirements of Directive 2018/843 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on anti-money laundering and terrorism financing.
WАe will try to fulfill your request regarding the payment method and currency of your withdrawal. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and disburse withdrawals through a payment method other than the one requested by you, for example, through other payment service providers, via bank check or bank transfer (any fees associated with the respective payment methods are indicated on the Web website).
Likewise, in some cases the withdrawal currency may not be the currency in which your deposit was made or otherwise requested by you, and in the event that we are required to convert your deposits between different currencies, the conversion factor used by us will be determined at our discretion.
Please note that in the event of a first withdrawal, significant withdrawal, or changes to payment options, we may take additional security measures to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of the funds.
In such cases, copies of your identity documents may be required before we proceed with the withdrawal. These security measures are designed to protect your money and your privacy and may result in a slight delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Terms of withdrawal of funds
Withdrawal of funds is carried out every day, including weekends.
All withdrawal requests are processed on a first come, first served basis within 24 hours, if the requested amount does not exceed 35 000 TL or an equivalent amount in another currency.
If the withdrawal amount exceeds 1 000 EUR, then the processing of the application can take up to 72 hours.
Withdrawal of funds will be available only after the amount of bets made exceeds 1 time the deposit turnover. If when requesting a withdrawal, the amount wagered is less than 1 time the deposit turnover, it is possible to submit a request to the finance department to consider this withdrawal request with a 20% commission through the support team. However, the casino reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal with a 20% fee and require the completion of wagering 1 time the deposit turnover for withdrawal.
Funds are withdrawn without commission.
Each deposit must be wagered at three times the amount of that deposit.
Refunds
Please note that refunds will only be issued if there was no gaming activity on your account after the corresponding amount of money has been deposited, which is returned by you as a refund.
In the event that after depositing funds into your account, you made at least 1 spin (conducted gaming activity), the funds can be returned only if the balance is wagered by three (3) times.
All other withdrawals from your account will be treated as a payout of your winnings resulting from your use of the services on Alov.casino.
A refund request will only be considered if requested within seven (7) days of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if you claim another person (or minor) has accessed your account.
We reserve the right to suspend any refund until your identity has been properly verified (KYC).
You agree to provide a notarized ID or any other form of identification in accordance with the applicable laws of your country.
If such a notarized ID is not provided within five (5) days of our request, the requested refund will not be issued and your account will be closed. Refunds will be issued within 7 (seven) days after the completion of the identification procedure.

Please note that a refund can be requested no later than seven (7) days after the respective funds have been deposited into your account. After this period, all payments will be considered payment of your winnings received as a result of use of services on Alov.casino.
Refunds due to fraudulent activity
Refund requests in connection with unauthorized transactions or other fraudulent use of your credit / debit card on Alov.casino will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If it is determined that such transactions were likely to have been fraudulent, using your credit / debit card, we will proceed to refund immediately.
In some cases, we may request confirmation that steps have been taken to prevent such fraudulent activity in the future, for example, but not limited to closing a credit / debit card account used in fraudulent transactions or issuing a new credit / debit card from your financial institution.
In all cases when allegations of fraudulent transactions are received, the Alov.casino accounts used to conduct such transactions will be blocked or canceled indefinitely, and steps may be taken to prevent the opening of new accounts using the same user information or attempting to make transactions using the same credit / debit card or any other payment method.
Payment system restricted countries
Visa / Mastercard
We support gaming/gambling payouts via OCT (Original Credit Transfer) from Visa or also via Payment Transfer (Mastercard). Prerequisites for paying out are that an initial pay-in was done and for Mastercard this pay-in needs to have been made via a 3-D Secure MID. Additional requirements are that the respective credit card is not a corporate credit card and the respective card is issued in a country that is supported by the respective card scheme (see below).
